What This Position is All About:

The Coordinator of Learning & Development is a key role on the Saks OFF 5TH HR team supporting the organization in all organizational effectiveness initiatives. This person will serve as a partner to the HR team & business partners to assess Learning & Development needs and provide solutions. Ultimately, this role will support growing the skill sets of the Saks OFF 5TH organization in order to achieve business objectives. This role supports all areas and locations (US, Canada, India, Corporate, Stores & DCs).

You Also Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6 months - 1 year of Human Resources experience preferred
  • Excellent Google Suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

 

As The Coordinator, Learning & Development, you will:

Learning & Development

  • Supports annual compliance training roll out partnering with all appropriate HR and legal stakeholders
  • Coordinates Team building activities for Saks OFF 5TH
  • Maintains and updates Orientation & Onboarding materials for all locations to ensure content is up to date
  • Researches soft skill topics and supports in the creation of Instructor-Led Training (ILT) courses

Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Supports all Learning Management System administrative tasks (For example: Reporting, Uploads, Downloads, Ad-Hoc Requests, Problem Solving for Associates)
  • Supports the online portion of the Performance & Development process with reporting, communications, and support for our HRBPs
  • Create e Learnings for LMS to be available to all Saks OFF 5TH associates using Articulate using existing Instructional Designer's content

Learning & Development Program Project Management

  • Project manager for Saks OFF 5TH Internal Mentoring Programs for Corp, Stores & DCs (For example: Creating Supportive Materials, Facilitating Pairing Process, Sending out Communications, and analyzing and improving the program)
  • Supports project management of Intern Program(s)

Ad Hoc L&D/ Associate engagement / Organization Effectiveness / Talent Development Requests
