What This Position Is All About: is seeking an experienced social media marketer responsible for driving digital growth. This individual will work directly with the Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing to drive strategy, execution, measurement, and testing of the paid social program. This role will also include working collaboratively across internal teams including creative, digital content, brand marketing, and analytics as well as managing external partners (agencies, platforms, vendors). An ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert with hands-on experience managing and effectively optimizing campaigns at scale.

Who Are You:

  • Bachelor degree required, with a concentration in marketing (preferred), or related field
  • 4+ years of digital performance marketing experience at an agency, retail or DTC company. Experience at a high-growth company a plus. Minimum of 2 years of full time experience managing paid social campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence teams and partners to deliver results
  • Deep understanding of paid social platforms and capabilities
  • Fluency in web analytics platfoms (Adobe Analytics)
  • Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in excel


As The Manager, Display and Paid Social, you will:

  • Partner with the Sr. Manager to create measurable paid social strategies including defining objectives, audiences, and budget recommendations.
  • Own day-to-day management and optimization of paid social marketing plans and budgets
  • Collaborate internally with digital content and creative teams to develop compelling paid social content
  • Develop testing roadmap strategy, planning, and execution to identify new innovative ways to expand the channel
  • Identify performance metrics and KPIs and share results, learnings and recommendations with leaders
  • Manage agency and platform relationships
