What This Position Is All About:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This role will support overall Customer Loyalty Strategy for Saks OFF 5TH, leading the development, execution, and ongoing management of Saks OFF 5TH's new loyalty program, currently in development.  The ideal candidate will have experience in development and executing a loyalty program from initial concept through to launch and ongoing management, ensuring that established KPIs and business goals are achieved and surpassed.  This role will support the DVP, Loyalty in managing priorities across the business and act as a key point of contact for day to day interaction with business unit leadership and cross functional partners.

Essential Job Functions:

 Below is a list of the major tasks, duties, and responsibilities performed by this position. Total % of Time, should equal 100%.

 50% of Time

  • Manage development and launch of the new Saks OFF 5TH Loyalty program, including to ensure flawless customer experience at all touchpoints (in store, online, print, direct mail).
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Managing development of the loyalty program
    • Being the primary business owner of the Loyalty tech project
    • Ensuring business requirements are met during the project development
    • Ensuring consistency of program requirements with cross functional teams, including Legal, Customer Service, Risk, Store Operations, and Marketing
    • Monitoring of key KPI metrics, ongoing maintenance of the Saks Off Fifth's loyalty program assets and rewards.

 30% of Time

  • Lead the management Saks OFF 5TH loyalty program, including KPI reporting and assessing financial impact of new program benefits and policies

 

10% of Time

  • Set and manage annual budgets for the Saks Off Fifth loyalty program for the business unit 

 

 5% of Time

  • Own customer loyalty strategy, including customer growth strategy

 

 5% of Time

  • Lead long term loyalty reinvention
