What This Position Is All About:

We are looking for an experienced product leader to drive improvements to our core product discovery: homepage, product arrays, and product search. In this role you will improve our search capabilities, helping customers to find the most relevant products, develop a simple and intuitive navigation to help customers narrow down their options, and drive overall improvements to the homepage to show the most relevant content for each customer. The PM will work with the technical, merchandising, product design, and business teams to develop product vision and roadmap, provide product requirements and prioritization, and work with the technical teams to implement and launch product features.

 

As a Director of Product, will be responsible for:

• A history of delivering high quality, scalable technology products/services

• Ability to deal with ambiguity and influence at various levels without direct

• authority

• Solid grasp of the business side of technology with strong analytical and quantitative
  skills including the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions,
  recommendations and drive action

• Expertise in specifying product vision and roadmap, defining clear epics, and
  writing stories with clear business context/value

• Seasoned experience in prioritizing competing product features, balancing short
  term vs. long term and quantitative vs. qualitative benefits

• Experience managing software development efforts in distributed systems and/or
  developing large scale applications Strong experience using experimentation and research to validate and test assumption

• A deep understanding and empathy for your customers
