What This Position Is All About:
As a CRM Specialist / Analyst, your job duties include organizing and analyzing marketing and customer data and helping the marketing team deepen their market influence and build long-lasting customer relationships. This role will work cross-functionally across the organization and will support various teams with customer analytics necessary to support customer strategy, customer journey mapping, promotional planning, product expansion and prioritization of customer experience enhancements. This is a newly created role and will report to the Senior Manager, CRM.
Day-to-day execution of lifecycle marketing communications across the email, SMS and Push marketing channels
Create campaign briefs to ensure content guidelines and project requirements are shared with internal and external partners
Collaborate with ESP, Creative, Digital Strategy, Loyalty QA and Production teams to timely sign off on lifecycle marketing assets
Support the development of targeted segmentation strategies across touchpoints to advance personalization
Perform A/B tests and measure performance to continually optimize our campaigns across channels
Continuously identify opportunities for efficiency and conduct research on best practices and benchmarks to drive best in class email, SMS, push marketing
Assist with the onboarding of new platforms/partners and support technical campaign implementation
Responsible for managing and maintaining the data quality / hygiene of the CRM database
Analyze customer behavior to advise key business stakeholders on new opportunities to acquire new, retain and reactivate lapsed customers
Work with CRM and data team to report on campaign outcomes & help maintain reporting dashboards
Develop CRM reports to measure performance across key markets and channels
Establish and maintain KPI reports and dashboards that communicate key business trends and highlight opportunities for growth and operational improvements
Perform ad hoc responsibilities as required
You Also Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or similar field
1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Finance, Retail or similar
Knowledgeable in CRM, customer analysis and reporting
Strong background in analysis, able to pull insights and recommendations out of the data to make strong, data-driven recommendations and decisions
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
Shows curiosity, ambition and a willingness to learn
Strong verbal and written communicator
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to present to cross-functional teams and leadership
Strong at project management skills ensuring all deadlines are met and objectives are clearly communicated
Highly organized, analytical and detail oriented
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $62,500 and $70,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits), dependent on the position offered.
