What This Position Is All About:
As the Director of Loyalty & Credit Program at Saks Off 5th Saks, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our omnichannel retention marketing customer experiences. You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of our loyalty and credit programs across all customer touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in loyalty program management, credit operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Who You Are:
You are both a strategic and operational thinker with a keen understanding of the loyalty and credit landscape and a passion for fostering brand loyalty through innovative loyalty and credit initiatives. You have a demonstrated track record of working at the intersection of technology, marketing, and retail to deliver customer experiences that drive real business value.
Years of experience 5-10
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business results and enhancing customer experiences
Proven track record of success in loyalty program management and credit operations, ideally within the retail industry
Demonstrated knowledge of loyalty technology and the evolving landscape
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and build consensus at all levels of the organization
Experience managing external partnerships and vendor relationships
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
As Director, Loyalty & Credit, you will:
Job Responsibilities
Manage a comprehensive loyalty and credit card program strategy to increase customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction
Monitor program performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for ongoing optimizations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and understanding of program initiatives across various channels
Lead and develop Manager of Loyalty & Gift Card, building a team of data-driven champions of the customer experience
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and technology teams to implement effective and targeted promotional campaigns
Run recurring leadership updates with cross functional partners to update on program performance and opportunities
Manage broad set of vendor partners, including loyalty, credit, gift card, etc. and stay ahead of the trends with emerging technology
Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for program enhancement and growth
Partner with Product to oversee loyalty on site and technical roadmaps
Drive improvement in process efficiency to ensure team operates nimbly to respond to customer data and trends and needs of the business
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $135,000 and $160,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits), dependent on the position offered.
