Our Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) play an integral role in bringing this mission to life, empowering associates to build a sense of community and belonging, provide support and mentorship opportunities for personal and career development, and serve as a safe space where all associates can bring their authentic selves each day.

DEIB Council

The DEIB Council is a cross-functional group of associates who work together to support and drive our DEIB commitments forward. The DEIB Council consists of associate-led working groups that align with our Flagship Pillars: Merchandise Authority, Customer Experience, Brand Positioning & Growth, and People, Talent & Capabilities. By grounding our work in our values and Flagship Pillars, we work to drive direct and lasting impacts on our business, office environment and communities.
